Return your jars to the studio to be refilled and give you those fresh candle feels (and also know that you are supporting small business, eco conscious practices AND using up your empties that you've stored in that cupboard). 

    Deliveries are open from Monday 30th January and close Friday 24th February 2023.

    Deliveries after Friday 24th February will not be accepted, please deliver or arrange postage prior to this date. 

    Empties are required to be hand washed before delivery - for tutorial, watch here

    We cannot accept small jars under 300ml, cement jars or wide mouth (requiring more than 1 wick, 10cm +) or candle tins; below list of jars that are refillable:

    + The Little Flame Co ceramic, 300ml and up glass, apothecary, bloom

    +The Seasonal Ceramicist X The Little Flame Co

    + Glasshouse, Ecoya large jars

    + Larger size candles - 300ml and up

    Jars that cannot be refilled are:

     + wider than 10cm in diameter or require double wicking

     + have cracks or chips

     + smaller than 300ml

     + travel tins

     + cement vessels (porous material)

     + KMART style glass canisters (glass is too thin and can crack with heat) 

    Nitty Gritty Details

    - An invoice will be sent to you upon processing from Tuesday 28th February, onwards. Shipping fee will be included if required to be sent back to you. All orders will be completed by Friday 31st March 2023.

    - Refills are charged at $11.00 / 100ml inc GST

    - Payments can be made via bank transfer (details provided on invoice) or via Stripe processing on invoice, a 1.75% surcharge fee will be charged on all credit/visa payments

    - Details required when dropping/sending candles in; name, email, contact number and return shipping address

    - Minimum of 2 candles per fragrance choice
